Welcome to Noemie! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping.

1. Orders & Payments

Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders if payment is not made within the given time frame.
Prices are final and non-negotiable once checkout is completed.

2. Product Information

We do our best to display accurate product colors and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. No exchanges for wrong sizing unless stated.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Delivery time is estimated between 7–14 working days.
Delays caused by the courier or during festive seasons are beyond our control.

4. Refunds & Returns

Full refund is applicable only for:
• Damaged items (with proof submitted within 7 days)
• Orders not delivered within 14 working days from the expected date
No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media (photos, designs, text) is owned by Noemie.
Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for order processing, shipping, and customer communication.
We will never share your data with third parties without consent.
