At Noemie, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review our shipping details below:
📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
🚚 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier service delays.
🚚 Same Day Delivery & Self Pickup (KL Area Only)
Available within Kuala Lumpur during operating hours:
Operating Hours
• Tuesday – Friday: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Important Notes
• Orders must be confirmed within operating hours for same-day dispatch/pickup
• Delivery must be self-arranged via Lalamove / GrabExpress
• Self pickup is available at our boutique
• Kindly present your order confirmation email upon pickup or delivery arrangement
💌 Shipping Fee
• West Malaysia: RM10 (flat rate)
• East Malaysia: RM18 (flat rate)
📦 Courier Service
Courier partners are assigned by Noemie based on location and availability.
We will select the most suitable delivery service for your order.
📍 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only.
